Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Parent Dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain full access until then. No partial-month refunds are issued on monthly plans.
UK statutory cooling-off right: Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day right to cancel a new subscription from the date of purchase and receive a full refund, provided you have not already started using the premium service. If you begin using premium features during the 14-day period, you waive your right to a full refund (though a pro-rated refund for unused days may be offered at our discretion).
Annual plans: If you cancel an annual plan after the 14-day cooling-off period, no refund is due for the remaining months of the annual term.
