Top tips to make it stick
- 1. Print it out and stick it on the fridge — children do better when they can see the plan.
- 2. Let your child tick off each session. That little tick is surprisingly motivating.
- 3. Adjust as you go. If a subject starts clicking, swap it for one that needs more work.
- 4. Keep sessions short and focused. 20 minutes of real effort beats an hour of distraction.
- 5. Celebrate progress, not perfection. Every session completed is a win.
