Top tips to make it stick

  • 1. Print it out and stick it on the fridge — children do better when they can see the plan.
  • 2. Let your child tick off each session. That little tick is surprisingly motivating.
  • 3. Adjust as you go. If a subject starts clicking, swap it for one that needs more work.
  • 4. Keep sessions short and focused. 20 minutes of real effort beats an hour of distraction.
  • 5. Celebrate progress, not perfection. Every session completed is a win.
