How to Use This Formula Sheet

This sheet covers every formula and key fact that appears in the KS2 SATs maths papers. Children don’t get a formula sheet during the real exam, so the goal is to learn these off by heart before test day. Print a copy and keep it handy during revision — test your child by covering the right-hand side and seeing if they can recall each fact.

Once they’re confident with the formulas, put them into practice with real SATs-style questions. Knowing the formula is one thing; spotting when to use it in a word problem is another skill entirely.
